El men\u00fa incluy\u00f3 una refrescante <strong>Brisa Dorada<\/strong> (Pi\u00f1a Colada) como bebida de bienvenida, seguida por la entrada <strong>Tentaci\u00f3n Boyacense<\/strong>, con arepa boyacense, chicharr\u00f3n crocante y longaniza ahumada. El plato fuerte, <strong>Armon\u00eda de Trucha<\/strong>, present\u00f3 un filete de trucha con salsa de camar\u00f3n, arroz arom\u00e1tico y ceviche de verano, acompa\u00f1ado por un <strong>Beso Escarlata<\/strong>. Este tipo de iniciativas no solo consolidan el aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico, sino que tambi\u00e9n demuestran que el turismo sostenible se puede promover desde la cocina, con pasi\u00f3n, identidad y
