THE RISE OF E-COMMERCE IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC IN COLOMBIA
Keywords:
Pandemic, e-commerce, micro-companies, macro-companies, online, internet.Abstract
We developed the reflection article that talks about the rise of e-commerce in times of pandemic, based on information portals such as: Google academic, Refseek, among others. Because we refer to technology knowing that it is always in constant evolution, we try to base ourselves on certain statistical data that are supported by cyber magazines such as "portfolio" and "el Espectador". In this sense, we mention the way in which the pandemic forced us to trust online purchases, about how was the boom that has been experienced since the pandemic began? and in the same way we talk about what were the results obtained? We will focus on the Micro-Enterprises and Macro-Enterprises where their owners got the wrong idea: "the pandemic would make them go bankrupt", What the lack of management of ICT tools and lack of commerce under the protection of Online sales could not reach more consumers of their products, in this sense they were trained and managed to improve their relationships with customers and suppliers through the internet giving the opposite result, and so now their companies had a better development and momentum than they had before the pandemic.
