Abstract

The article refers in a transversal way to the changes generated by globalization in economic policies, international influences, tax, customs and exchange regimes in Colombia; primarily under the focus of relations and agreements made with South Korea; concept that allows us to remember the good diplomatic relations that have existed since the 60s, the time of the commercial beginning between the two countries. The collection of bibliographic references will be the methodology that will enrich the structural, legal and historical knowledge, aimed at the dynamics of global trends that directly influence the two countries; for this reason, Colombia, in what is enshrined in its political constitution formulates through laws, decrees, agreements, free trade agreements, norms that will strengthen foreign policy and its international relations, formulation that constitutes results with structural changes of form and substance in the economic regimes, which will lead to identify the advantages or disadvantages of the country. It is observed; a whole evolutionary process of relations between the two countries adjusted to trade agreements, which were implemented in an attempt to compete on equal terms, protecting national sectors from the damage that may be caused by imports and thus the benefits of exports; through commercial exchange and international relations of the State.
