Advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing

Digital marketing today is more than just a trend or fad; it's a powerful tool that can help individuals and businesses achieve success in a highly competitive environment. This success depends on the correct use of Marketing 2.0 and social media. The objective of this study is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing as a persuasive tool for the 18-30 age group in the city of Cúcuta. To this end, a thorough information overload study was conducted, followed by a clear analysis of the collected data to define its characteristics. The study identified that the advantages of digital marketing are significant and substantial for both businesses and individuals. It concludes that while digital marketing is supposedly being explored and practiced in Cúcuta, it is not yet being implemented correctly, as it is limited by the errors identified during this study.
