Technical considerations for the review of designs and structural plans of reinforced concrete buildings according to NSR-10

Abstract

The municipality of Ocaña, Norte de Santander, has been presenting a population growth in recent years, which is significantly reflected in the construction of buildings executed in some cases by private or public companies, which must carry out the respective procedures of license required as a main requirement for structural designs. These designs must meet the minimum design and construction requirements for earthquake resistant buildings together with technical guidelines for materials and those that require their use. Taking into account the above, the proposed project offers public and private entities dedicated to structural design technical considerations based on the Colombian Regulation for Earthquake Resistant Construction NSR-10 to expedite reviews of structural plans and calculation reports that involve structural analysis and design. of all the elements that make up the structural system and secondary structural elements of reinforced concrete buildings. The research compiles and orders the minimum technical and regulatory criteria to carry out the technical review of structural elements through information from the Colombian Regulation of Seismic Resistant Construction NSR-10 and complementary bibliography.
